Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When the site is accessed, technical access data (e.g. shortened IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type) is automatically processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in secure, stable delivery). Processing may also take place in third countries (USA); the basis is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Contact
If you contact me by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media, your details are processed to handle your enquiry and are not shared without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Contact form
The contact form on this website is processed via the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). When you submit it, the data you entered (name, email address, your notes on your goal) and technical connection data are transmitted to FormSubmit and forwarded to me by email. FormSubmit’s servers are located in the USA, so a transfer to a third country takes place; there is no EU Commission adequacy decision for this service, and a level of protection equivalent to the EU therefore cannot be guaranteed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in an easy way to get in touch); the transfer to the USA is based on Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent by submitting). I delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply — as a rule after 12 months at the latest. You can also contact me directly by email, phone or WhatsApp instead.
Client area (nutrition and habit tool)
For clients with access to the client area, I process the information provided in the questionnaire. This includes basic data (sex, age, height, weight), goal and training details, dietary preferences, allergies and intolerances as well as information on pre-existing conditions, medication, sleep, stress and habits. Some of this constitutes health data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR. I process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, which you give in the tool before filling in the questionnaire and can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. The sole purpose is to create and support your individual nutrition and habit programme. The data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database; Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, processing may also take place in third countries (USA), safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. I delete your data upon withdrawal or request, and at the latest 24 months after the end of the coaching relationship. There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR; the evaluation serves as orientation and does not replace medical advice.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not embed any tracking or statistics services. This does not apply to the service provider described in the “Contact form” section, which is used solely to process form enquiries. Technically necessary data is processed for hosting and when using the contact form and the client area (see the respective sections). After logging into the client area, a technically necessary session cookie is set that is used solely for authentication.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
